Two individuals are being treated for injuries attained in a road accident.
The Maldives Police Service (MPS) revealed that the accident occurred after a car collided with two motorcycles in Midhili Magu, Hulhumalé.
The accident in the capital city’s suburban extension was reported to authorities at around 12:09pm on Monday.
The police institution revealed that the two individuals injured in the collision are being treated for injuries attained, at Hulhumalé Hospital.
Further details of the extent of their injuries have not been disclosed by the authorities.
According to the police, the vehicles involved in the accident were being operated by individuals with driving licenses in the E-category.
Further investigations are currently underway.
