Court to commence trials on accident deaths of two tourists
The accident had killed a 42-year-old Chinese woman and 16-year-old Malaysian woman.

The two tourists killed in the accident
The Criminal Court has on Tuesday scheduled to initiate proceedings against a speedboat pilot who crashed his vessel into a diving boat, killing two tourists onboard.
Ibrahim Nasir, from Nilandhoo Island of Faafu Atoll, had crashed into the diving boat near Maafushi island of Malé Atoll in December of 2015.
The State raised charges of negligent homicide on 12th December and filed it with the Criminal Court.
The tourists onboard the diving boat were a 42-year-old Chinese woman, and 16-year-old Malaysian girl.
