Will have to learn to live with Covid-19 after lockdown, says Dr. Ibrahim Afzal.

The doctor made the statement at Friday night’s Covid-19 press conference, where he noted that the number of positive cases is expected to increase in the coming days.

While the lockdown declared in the capital is to end on April 30, Dr. Afzal said that ‘we cannot return to our normal ways even if the lockdown is lifted' adding that there is a long way to go for this to happen.

All officials of the Covid-19 taskforce have been continuously appealing to the public to follow guidelines by authorities at these press conferences, including practicing physical distancing.

While some nations have begun easing lockdown orders, this is being done gradually with some measures kept in place.
