SUS thrashed Biss Buru 10 – 0

Super United Sports (SUS) has the opportunity to go up against Club Eagles in the quarter finals, after the club’s easy win against Biss Buru Sports Club in the ongoing FA Cup football tournament.

SUS, which fell to the seventh spot in the Ooredoo Dhivehi Premier League (DPL), thrashed Biss Buru 10 – 0.

SUS players Aiham Ahmed, Ahmed Husam and Ali Nasooh Rasheed scored two goals each, during the exciting game.

Ibrahim Atheeq scored the team’s first goal, six minutes into the first half of the match.

The remaining goals were scored by Mohamed Shah, Ali Nasooh Rasheed and Ahmed Hameed.

With this win, SUS will go up against Club Eagles in the quarter finals, on Monday evening.

Further, Maziya Sports and Recreation Club and United Victory will go head-to-head in the first match of the quarter finals on Friday night.
