Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC)’s investigate report of the MMPRC embezzlement case is incomplete and of low-quality, says former chief justice Ahmed Faiz Hussain.

In a Facebook post, Faiz said that ACC has failed to investigate the case by ignoring many important details and not questioning people.

He said that he has nothing to say about the report in regards to the law but that it is of low-quality, technically.

The report stated that the money embezzlement from MMPRC was used to remove Faiz and Muhthasim Adnan as judges, but also admits that ACC did not question those involved.
