Two of five people involved in an accident in Fuvahmulah of Gnaviyani Atoll will be brought to capital city Malé for further treatment, the atoll’s hospital said.
All five people involved in the accident had sustained some injuries, although three of them had been treated at the hospital.
One of these patients had sustained injuries to his head and broke his arm. Another has a shattered bone in his hip, while the third patient had broken an arm and fingers.
RaajjeMV understands that those being brought to the capital city are the patients with a head injury and broken bone in his hip.
The police are yet to give details about how the accident occurred, though witnesses say that the motorcycles that these people had been on collided near Fuvahmulah’s ‘Milo’ stadium.
