A pregnant woman admitted at Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH), has tested positive for Covid-19.
A senior official at IGMH has confirmed this to RaajjeMV.
While her sample was taken as part of random sampling, her test results came back positive.
RaajjeMV understands that the woman was admitted at IGMH five days ago, and her Covid-19 test results came back on Wednesday. Further, sources said that nurses that attended to the patient are being tested now.
The Health Protection Agency (HPA) is yet to comment on this.
