Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment has contracted Novea Engineering with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and layout preparations for several sports facilities.

The signing ceremony took place at the ministry premises on Monday where Minister Ahmed Mahloof signed on behalf of the government and Managing Director of Novea signed on behalf of the engineering company.

The company is contracted with completing the detailed drawings and BOQ within 44 days.

BOQs and layout drawings are to be prepared for several badminton, volleyball and netball indoor courts the ministry plans to build.

This comes in line with the ministry’s development vision in line with the government’s development plan for the entire nation within it’s five-year tenure. As such, the ministry, in cooperation with the government, is working to build many sports facilities nationwide.
