While the second quarter ended 46 – 21 with Maldives team behind, it was only able to score six points during the third quarter.

However, in the last quarter Maldives showed a better performance by scoring 15 points during the last quarter.

Comoros team took the lead 29 minutes into the game, having scored its first goal. With this, the team had come out with stronger attacks and taken the lead within the 37th minute.

While Maldives lost control of the game by the end of the first half, Comoros had scored its third goal.
