The parliament committee on national security has decided to approve two ambassadorial appointments they previously disapproved.
In a secret meeting on Sunday, the committee approved Mohamed Jinah for Ambassador to Thailand and Mohamed Khaleel for Ambassador to Saudi Arabia.
The committee disapproved them at their meeting on December 13.
However, a reliable source told RaajjeMV that the committee approved them after parliament speaker Qasim Ibrahim told the committee that the issue of their debt has been solved.
