Two senior officials of Maldives Immigration have been suspended.
RaajjeMV understands that they were suspended over a case at the Civil Service Commission.
A senior Immigration official has confirmed this to RaajjeMV.
RaajjeMV understands that the suspended officials are Immigration head Hameed Fathuhullah and assistant controller Abdulla Waheed.
While they were suspended on Wednesday, Immigration has not disclosed the reason for the suspension.
