Amjad Musthafa appointed as President of the Employment Tribunal
Amjad Mustafa was sworn in as the President of the Employment Tribunal today during a ceremony held at the President's Office, where President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu officially presented him with his letter of appointment. Amjad, who possesses extensive higher education and professional experience in the legal and administrative sectors, has previously served in this prestigious role.

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has appointed Uz. Amjad Musthafa, of M. Randhoovilla, as the President of the Employment Tribunal.
Amjad Musthafa was sworn in as the President of the Employment Tribunal during a special ceremony held at the President's Office this morning. The oath of office was administered by Supreme Court Justice Honorable Abdulla Hameed. Following the swearing-in, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu presented the letter of appointment to Amjad Musthafa.
Amjad Musthafa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Shariah and Law, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA). With these qualifications, he possesses extensive experience in both the legal field and public administration. In addition to having served as a member of the Minimum Wage Advisory Board, Amjad Musthafa previously held the position of President of the Employment Tribunal in 2020.
