Hulhumalé Hospital has announced the establishment of a dedicated flu clinic for returning Hajj pilgrims. The clinic will be operational daily, except Fridays, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
The hospital has requested that individuals experiencing fever or flu-like symptoms report to the screening desk located near the main entrance. Additionally, visitors are advised to wear a mask when attending the clinic.
Furthermore, IGMH has advised that anyone returning from the Hajj pilgrimage who experiences a fever or any flu-like symptoms and requires medical attention should report directly to the staff at the ER triage counter, rather than waiting for a triage token number.
Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) has stated that special priority will be given to the elderly, patients receiving treatment for chronic illnesses, children, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems.
