Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has delivered the first shipment of rock boulders required for V. Rakeedhoo Coastal Protection Project.
The company stated that they delivered the rock boulder to Rakeedhoo on March 27.
Rakeedhoo's coastal protection project is valued at MVR 9.16 million.
The scope of the project includes construction of a 40m groyne and 200m breakwater. MTCC mobilized the project on October 24, 2021.
MTCC has previously conducted a harbor development project in the island as well.
