Seven new Covid-19 cases have been confirmed in the Maldives.
While five cases were recorded by 8:30pm, an additional seven cases were announced an hour later.
The new cases include five Maldivians, and a Bangladeshi and Indian national.
This pushes the country's total Covid-19 case count to 1,090.
