Dhiraagu has donated 15 COVID-19 sampling kiosks to the Ministry of Health.

Noting Dhiraagu’s contribution to its COVID-19 response effort, the health ministry said that the kiosks will “help reduce contact between front-line workers and suspected cases and also reduce the usage of PPE equipment, currently in high demand across the globe”.

The telecommunications’ company said that the kiosks were donated with the hope that it “will increase safe testing for COVID-19 within the community and contribute to the protection of frontline health care professionals who are putting their lives on the line”.

It added that the kiosks were locally designed and developed by Printlab Creative, together with MNDF’s Senahiya Hospital “to fit all medical requirements of Ministry of Health and National Emergency Operations Centre”.
