Fenaka Corporation donates MVR 25K to MP Jaufar Dawood

The FENAKA Corporation has decided to confer a sum of MVR 25,000 to MP Jaufar Dawood as a symbolic gesture.
The gesture comes in response to MP Jaufar reportedly having organized a Quran recital competition in Maakurathu Island of Raa Atoll, which is in his constituency.
MP Jaufar had contacted the corporation while the competition was being organized and sent them a letter on 28th April.
FENAKA guaranteed that Jaufar would receive the sum in a letter dating to 18th June. The letter says that the amount was dependent on FENAKA’s financial condition.
RaajjeMV’s attempts at acquiring a statement from FENAKA’s Managing Director Ahmed Shareef, whom its officials say is the only person qualified to provide an official comment, were to no avail.
