Telecommunications giant Ooredoo Maldives is set to be the title sponsor for the upcoming GM Forum 2020 (General Managers’ Forum).
Organised by Hotelier Maldives, the GM Forum is a dedicated platform for resort general managers to gather and hold productive discussions, especially on challenges and solutions in the hospitality industry.
Ooredoo Maldives announced the partnership via press release on Wednesday. In the statement, Ooredoo's CEO and Managing Director Najib Khan stated that the company is very excited for the partnership, adding that Ooredoo "has always associated itself with innovations happening in the hospitality industry".
The one-day forum will be held at Crossroads Maldives on April 2nd.
While GM Forum 2020 marks it's fifth edition this year, the event is expected to see participants from over 100 international and local brands from around the country. These include general managers, sea suite hoteliers, heads and developers of hotel management companies, as well as stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
