Ooredoo Maldives and Guesthouse Association of Maldives (GAM) have entered an agreement where the telecommunications operator will provide discounts for guesthouse-related activity.

The GAM is a union of over thirty operators of guest houses in Maafushi Island of Kaafu atoll, established in 2014.

Vikram Singha, Chief Executive Officer of Ooredoo Maldives, spoke at the signing and expressed the importance of guest houses in the hotel business.He added that Ooredoo has global experience in smart hospitality solutions and that this could help provide guests with better connectivity. 

As per the agreement, Ooredoo will offer special discounts to products and services relevant to a guesthouse business’ connectivity to the businesses registered under GAM.
