A man has been arrested for multiple counts of indecent exposure in front of children.

Authorities reveal that a 60-year-old Maldivian man from Naifaru island of Lhaviyani atoll was arrested for exposing his private parts to children on multiple occasions during the month of January.

The man was arrested under a court order on Sunday at 18:10.

No further details have been disclosed.
