Gender Ministry is investigating a sexual assault case against a 13-year-old.
An official from the ministry confirmed this, saying that the ministry has received a report of a sexual assault against a minor from an island in the central province.
The official added that the ministry is probing the matter, and urged the media to refrain from disclosing personal details of the victim.
RaajjeMV understands that the victim is of just 13 years, and that the attacker is a male sibling.
