The judiciary’s flags have been set to half-mast after the death of Chief Guraidhoo Magistrate Mohamed Moosa.
On Friday, Chief Justice Ahmed Abdulla Didi ordered the flags to be lowered at half-mast for three days.
Chief Magistrate Moosa’s sudden death was reported on Thursday.
He had served as a judge for 29 years, and had also served in the police service and delivered sermons in Kandholhudhoo island.
