Housing Minister Athifa Shakoor was involved in an accident on Thursday.
Police said that the housing minister was traveling in the ministerial car when it collided with a motorcycle, at around 10 am.
Noting that the accident occurred when the driver of the motorcycle suddenly moved to the car lane, police highlighted that the 24-year-old woman operating the two-wheeler did not have a valid license.
The front bumper of the minister’s car was dented in the accident.
The housing minister was headed to a meeting at the president’s office when the accident took place. Following the collision, she decided to walk the remaining distance.
