Hajj Corporation cancels employee sales for "Niyam Residence" apartments, opts for public offering

Consequently, all prior arrangements and transactions intended for the sale of these units to employees have been officially voided.

Maldives Hajj Corporation Limited has announced its decision to open public sales for apartment units at "Niyam Residence," a luxury housing project set to be developed in Hulhumale'.
The Hajj Corporation stated that "Niyam Residence" is a key project within its ongoing efforts to strengthen the corporation's financial standing and generate sustainable profits.
The Maldives Hajj Corporation has announced that it is currently finalizing unit pricing and preparing for the public sales launch of its housing project. The corporation stated that these efforts are aimed at ensuring maximum financial returns for the company from every apartment unit developed under the project. The corporation further noted that the units will be officially opened for public purchase once these administrative and preparatory processes are completed.
Furthermore, the Hajj Corporation stated that it has decided to nullify all previous transactions conducted to date regarding the sale of these apartments to its employees.
The Maldives Hajj Corporation announced a tender on January 7, 2026, seeking contractors for the construction of a residential building in Hulhumale' Phase 2.
The design and consultancy for this project, titled "Niyam Residence," are being managed by the Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC).
