With the highest volume of work recorded in August, Mayor Adam Azim has assured the public that these efforts will continue at an accelerated pace to ensure safe and accessible roads for all residents.

Male' City Mayor Adam Azim has stated that the City Council is working diligently to ensure the capital's streets are safe, secure, and pedestrian-friendly, noting that 180 roads in Male' have been successfully repaired so far this year.
According to statistics from the Male' City Council's Road Management Section, road maintenance efforts have seen consistent progress throughout the year, with 12 roads repaired in January and 23 in February. This was followed by the repair of 28 roads in March, 15 in April, 20 in May, 19 in June, and 18 in July.
August marked the most significant progress in road maintenance so far this year, with a total of 45 roads successfully repaired within the month alone.
Furthermore, Mayor Azim noted that renovation work is currently underway on three roads in Malé. He emphasized that repairing the streets and pavements is a high-priority initiative aimed at addressing the difficulties faced by the general public.
Mayor Azim stated that 180 roads in MalE' have been successfully renovated so far this year. The Mayor further emphasized that improving the quality of the city's streets and creating a pleasant environment for residents remains a key priority for the City Council.
Mayor Azim has provided assurances that the Male' City Council will accelerate its ongoing efforts to improve the condition of the capital's streets and establish a safer environment for the public.
