Ahmed Abdulla, the Deputy Chairperson of the Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP), has resigned from his post.
RaajjeMV has learned that he resigned from the position on Wednesday. However, the reason for his resignation has not been disclosed.
Ahmed Abdulla served as the Member of Parliament for the Baarashu constituency during the 19th People’s Majlis. He has also been a prominent figure in the leadership of various political activities organized by the MDP.
Furthermore, Ahmed Abdulla is a close associate of Abdulla Shahid, who recently resigned from his position as the President of the MDP.
