Heavy rainfall expected across the region from Haa Alif to Thaa Atoll

The Maldives Meteorological Service has forecast heavy rain and thunderstorms across the region from Haa Alif to Thaa Atoll.
Regarding Tuesday's weather forecast, the office stated that these atolls are expected to experience wind speeds between 19 and 24 miles per hour. It further noted that winds could gust up to 40 miles per hour during showers.
A white alert has been issued for these atolls.
