Mohamed Naeem Hussain, the Maldives’ first Air Traffic Controller and a long-serving figure in the country’s aviation sector, has passed away.
He was 74 years old at the time of his death on Sunday, following a prolonged period of illness.
Members of the aviation community have described his passing as a significant loss to the industry, acknowledging the lasting impact of his contributions over many years of service.
