Esteemed businessman, Ibrahim Hassan passes away aged 65
While he passed away on Sunday morning, funeral prayers will be held Aasaharaa after Asr
Ibrahim Hassan is survived by his wife, son and two grandchildren
Ibrahim Hassan, a man who built his business on the sale of timber in Maldives, has passed away aged 65.
Famously known as "Lakudi Seytu", Ibrahim Hassan was a relative of business tycoon and parliamentarian, Qasim Ibrahim, as well as a huge supporter of Qasim's political endeavors through Jumhooree Party (JP).
Ali Solih, spokesperson for Jumhooree Party, expressed that Hassan's passing was a great loss to the party, and that he had been one of the party's biggest supporters when he was alive.
Hassan passed away on Sunday morning, and is survived by his wife, son and two grandchildren. Funeral prayers for Ibrahim Hassan will be held after Asr prayer, at Aasaharaa.
