SUS has not lost any of the DPL matches it has played, yet

Super United Sports (SUS) has taken TC Sports Club by surprise, says coach Mohamed Shaazlee.

Shaazlee said that SUS, is a “suprising” team, during a press conference on Thursday.

Although SUS is competing in the first division and the Dhivehi Premier League (DPL) for the first time, the team is going forth in the league with a strong and experienced squad.

So far in the league, SUS has won all matches played, including the first match played against one of the best clubs, Club Eagles, which lost 1-0.

With a 1-1 score, SUS tied with Da Grande in its second match of the league.

Shaazlee stated that TC is competing in this league with young but experienced and reliable players, noting that it is taking them a while to adjust.

Highlighting that SUS has been showing an exemplary performance throughout, Shaazlee noted that the new team has surprised everyone with their strong wins.

While SUS is scheduled to go against TC at 9pm on Friday, TC has acquired three points in the league thus far. Although it lost to Da Grande with a 3-0 score in the first match, it bashed Eagles with a 2-0 score in its second match.

SUS Coach, Ahmed Nashid has stressed on the importance of its match against TC, adding that the team is fully prepared for the match.
