Mohamed Sobah, head coach of Green Street FC, has said that the team can beat any of the "big" teams, "if they put in the work."
The coach, speaking to journalists after the team's big win against Victory Sports Club on Saturday, said that he is aware of the team's "size", adding that "you do not win games because of the club's name."
"If the team puts in the work on the pitch, that it will not be hard to beat any of the giants," he said.
He commended the team's work on Saturday, in their first ever match in the Male' League.
He repeated that the team's goal was "to at least get a point" in their match against Victory.
"We wanted to bring a good result," he noted.
Green Street beat Victory 1-0 on Saturday night.
