A 38-year-old Covid-19 patient has recovered in the Maldives in the past 24 hours.
Speaking at Monday night’s Covid-19 press conference at the National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC), Dr. Ibrahim Afzal revealed that an additional patient has recovered from coronavirus.
He added that this is “Case 95”.
Case 95 is a 38-year-old Bangladeshi man, and belongs to the “AMD” cluster. He is one of the nine Covid-19 cases reported on April 22.
While 862 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the Maldives thus far, a total of 31 patients have recovered and there have been three fatalities.
