Covid-19: five new cases confirmed in Maldives

These are four Maldivians and one Sri Lankan national

From a Covid-19 preparedness drill held in the capital

Maldives has reported five new Covid-19 cases.

The Health Protection Agency (HPA) revealed this via Twitter, adding that these are four Maldivians and one Sri Lankan national.

This pushes the country's total case count to 519.

23 new cases were reported earlier on Saturday.
