Mammography services have been launched at the Hulhumale' hospital, on Monday.
The service was inaugurated by First Lady Fazna Ahmed.
These newly established services will expand breast cancer screening and treatment services at the hospital.
The mammography service was introduced on the occasion of the second year anniversary of the hospital's oncology department.
The first lady also took a tour of the hospital's radiology and oncology department after the ceremony.
