A tourist has attained injuries after hitting the propeller of a boat.
Media official at the Maldives Police Service (MPS) revealed that the accident took place at the Manta Point in Paradise Island Resort and that injured was a German tourist.
Police further revealed that the tourist’s leg had caught in the propeller, causing severe injury.
While police have taken on the case, the man has since been taken to Treetop Hospital in capital city Malé’s suburban extension Hulhumalé for treatment.
