A man who fainted during the Friday prayer has passed away at the hospital.
The 44-year-old fainted while praying at Ziyaarai Mosque.
The media official of Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital said that he passed away while receiving emergency treatment and that they have not yet determined the cause of death.
After fainting at the mosque, he was taken to the hospital inside the car of Vice President Faisal Naseem’s security personnel.
