‘Youngest Scout’ activities launched
A new section, called pre-cub, for children aged five to eight, have been created

“Youngest Scout” activities have been officially launched in Maldives.
The activities were launched at the National Scout Day 2019 event at Majeediyya School by Scout Association of Maldives President Hussain Mohamed Haneef.
Speaking to RaajjeMV, scout association’s program commissioner Maeed Mohamed Zahir said they have also created a new section, called pre-cub, for children aged five to eight.
He said they will begin work to make the new section’s uniforms available at the scout association and begin activities at schools this year.
He also said that the four age groups will get to participate in the new section’s activities.
