Maldivian tourists to be able to travel to Thailand visa-free
Maldivian tourists will be able to stay in Thailand without visa for 30 days

Maldivian tourists will soon be able to travel to Thailand without visa.

The Foreign Ministry stated that from April 14 onwards, Maldivian tourists will be able to stay in Thailand without visa for 30 days.

The visa waiver agreement was made at the meeting between Foreign Minister Abdulla Shahid and a delegation from Thailand.

Currently, tourists need to pay a fee get their visas in advance before travelling to Thailand.

The Foreign Ministry stated they will keep working to make travel easier to regional countries.

Maldives has recently made an agreement for Maldivians to stay in India without visa for 90 days.
