Nasheed and President Solih to visit Addu City on Friday
They will be in Addu City from March 8 – 10

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and former President Mohamed Nasheed will be visiting Addu City on Friday, states Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP).
The main ruling party stated that they will be in Addu City from March 8 – 10 as part of MDP’s parliamentary election campaign.
MDP stated that it will be holding campaign events in Addu City as part of their visit.
This is the first time President Solih will be participating in a campaign event since the start of MDP’s official campaign. He had joined some campaigns of candidates during the primary election.
President Solih and former President Nasheed have said that receiving the parliament majority for MDP is important for fulfilling the government’s pledges.
The government coalition parties are running separately in the parliamentary election.
