The police have captured a hit-and-run suspect and towed his motorcycle.
The suspect fled after hitting a 54-year-old woman on Ameenee Magu near Avid College on Tuesday night.
RaajjeMV understands that two youths were on the motorcycle at the time of the accident and that the victim, who suffered bruises and injuries to her hip and rib, has now been released from hospital.
The police state that the suspect is an 18-year-old male who has no driver’s license.
