Vice President Faisal Naseem has said that parental involvement is important to build a better generation.
Speaking at the conclusion ceremony of the Quran competition in HA. Dhidhdhoo, the Vice President said that involvement of every citizen is needed for national development and to solve societal issues.
During the speech, Vice President Faisal said that those who take leadership of the nation tomorrow is the key to progress.
Highlighting that the new administration will prioritize promoting religion, Faisal said that, in the first 100 days in office, they will begin Quran recitations in mosques and allow people to attend pilgrimages using their pension funds.
Dhidhdhoo MP Abdul Latheef Mohamed and Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Ahmed Zahir also spoke at the ceremony.
