Construction workers at a site in capital city Malé
A construction worker at a resort being developed in Laamu atoll has suffered fatal injuries from an electronic concrete block making machine.
The incident where the victim had fallen into the machine was reported at 8:30am on Thursday.
The victim is a 37-year-old male of Bangladeshi nationality.
The Maldives Police Service has said that they are investigating the matter and will release details soon.
