In a message shared with the media, police stated that a report was received at approximately 11:35 p.m. on August 31, regarding a child who fell from the third floor of Amaan Udhares 2 in Hulhumalé Phase 2.
Police have confirmed that the individual involved in the fall is a 16-year-old Maldivian girl, who is currently receiving medical treatment at Hulhumalé Hospital.
Police stated that both police and military personnel were deployed to the scene immediately upon receiving the report.
Police stated that the matter is currently under investigation.
