Every police officer must work to maintain the unity within the force: CP
Commissioner of Police Mohamed Hameed has pledged to strengthen the police service and ensure professional achievements are duly recognized during a ceremony held to confer honors upon 84 officers working in the Male' area. While urging the force to maintain institutional unity and expressing gratitude to those serving with integrity, the Commissioner oversaw the awarding of medals to 32 commissioned officers and 52 personnel of various other ranks.

The Commissioner of Police made these remarks while speaking at a ceremony held to confer badges of honor upon police officers serving in the Male' area.
In his remarks at the ceremony, the Commissioner of Police congratulated the medal recipients and expressed his gratitude for the resilience and dedication shown by officers who have provided sincere service throughout the long history of the police force. He also urged every officer to work towards maintaining the spirit of unity within the institution. Furthermore, the Commissioner stated that efforts are ongoing to recognize and appreciate the achievements of officers, while striving to facilitate further success and strengthen the overall operations of the police service.
During the ceremony, 84 police officers serving in the Male' area were conferred with badges of honor.
The group consists of 32 commissioned officers, 18 officers at the rank of Sub-Inspector of Police, and 34 personnel across ranks ranging from Constable to Senior Sergeant.
