Applications open for participants of the 2026 Maldives National Productivity Exhibition
The council has announced that participants representing islands or cities must complete and submit their online application forms for the exhibition by 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 5, 2026.

The Addu City Council has opened applications for those interested in representing the city or its islands at the "Maldivian Producers' Exhibition 2026." The upcoming event is organized jointly by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the Business Center Corporation (BCC).
This is a significant exhibition held to promote local productivity and showcase the craftsmanship of Maldivian artisans.
To encourage participation from Addu City in this exhibition, the Addu City Council has decided to provide special sponsorships. Under this initiative, the Council will provide an allowance to five selected participants based on the samples submitted during registration. Furthermore, the Women's Development Committee (WDC) has also decided to provide sponsorship allowances to five female participants.
Participants representing islands or cities are required to complete the online application form by 14:00 on Sunday, July 5, 2026.
According to the council's official announcement, samples of the participating products must be submitted to the council by Thursday, July 23, 2026.
