Former President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and his campaign team have visited Kulhudhuffushi City and Hanimaadhoo to participate in various campaign activities.
Solih has visited Kulhudhuffushi City and Hanimaadhoo as part of a series of trips to garner support for Meekail Ahmed Naseem, who is contesting the MDP chairperson election.
On Tuesday, the "Ithubaaru" team conducted door-to-door campaigning activities in Kulhudhuffushi. Upon arriving in Hanimaadhoo later that afternoon, Solih, Meekail, and senior members of the campaign team met with local supporters to discuss their electoral efforts.
The "Ithubaaru" campaign team has returned to Kulhudhuffushi City, where additional campaign activities are scheduled to take place on Tuesday night.
The MDP chairperson election is slated for June 12.
