The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has opened applications for the positions of Chief Judge at the High Court of the Maldives and the Family Court.

Furthermore, the position of Chief Judge of the Family Court became vacant following the appointment of the incumbent, Ibrahim Mahir, to the High Court bench.
