Swimmer Hamna Ahmed has once again set a new national record.
Hamna set the record while competing in the 127th National Championship held in Hungary, in the women's long course 200-meter breaststroke event. Hamna set the new record by completing the race in 03:03.69.
This time, Hamna has broken a six-year national record. This was a record set by Aishath Sajina while competing in the 2019 World Swimming Championship.
In addition to this, Hamna has also broken the nine-year national record in the women's long course 100-meter breaststroke.
