Young athlete Yoosuf Naik Wajeeh has broken the long-standing national record in men's high jump.

Naik broke the record while competing in the ongoing Athletics Association Championship. Naik has broken the 16-year-old national record in men's high jump.

Naik broke the record by jumping over 1.88 meters. The previous record was held by Ahmed Zabeer, who jumped 1.85 meters.

Naik, who has already achieved several successes at a young age, has also competed in international competitions.
