DSC off to a good start after defeating Blues

DSC's Muhammad Waqar won the best player of the match title
Dhivehi Sifainge Club (DSC) or the Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF) club is off to a good start in the ongoing National Volleyball Tournament after winning the match against Blues For Volleyball.
The match, played on Sunday evening at the indoor court of the Youth Center, was won by DSC in straight three sets.
Both teams showed competitive play in the first set of the match. DSC took the lead in the final moments and won the set 25-23. In the second set, DSC’s side displayed good performance, while Blues couldn't show an adequate game. DSC won the second set game. DSC won the second set 25-15. They also won the third set 25-21, thus winning the match. The player of the match was awarded to Muhammad Waqar, the foreign player of DSC.
The next match for DSC in the tournament will be against Sports Club City on Monday night.
